Shipping & Returns

In-stock orders are inspected, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Limited-edition and made-to-order units state their build window on the product page.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Standard domestic shipping is a flat $12 and typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

Expedited options are offered at checkout where the destination supports them.

We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight, with delivery typically 7–14 business days.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Unused hardware in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Request a return authorization from support@apexforged.app before shipping anything back.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Custom and engraved units, opened desiccant cartridges and opened label sheets cannot be returned unless defective.

Inspect your order on arrival. If a unit is damaged in transit or fails inspection, email support@apexforged.app with photographs within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

All hardware carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal laboratory use.
