Every geometry is modeled to tolerance and printed at fine layer resolution, so bores, threads and gaskets meet without shim or slop.
Shock-isolated interiors
Internal ribbing and cut foam suspend glass away from the shell wall. Impact energy travels through the case, not the vial.
Forged-grade materials
Carbon-reinforced PA12 and PETG-CF, selected for dimensional stability across cold storage and transport cycling.

Every unit inspected before it ships
Parts come off the printer, get deburred by hand, and are gauge-checked against the source model before packing. Each order includes a serialized inspection card recording the print batch, material lot and the technician who signed it off.
