Expedition pairs a hard IP65-rated outer shell with a precision-cut closed-cell foam insert forged to hold ten vials in fixed positions. A dedicated compartment carries desiccant and a humidity indicator card.
A pressure-equalization valve prevents lid lock during altitude change, and the lid foam applies constant retention so nothing shifts in transit.
